1. Where is your factory and when did your company found ?
Our factory located in Shantou City of Guangdong Province in China, founded in 1988.
2. What is your main business line ?
We mainly produce and sell DVD Case and CD jewel case. We have been exporting CD jewel Case DVD case Since our company founded.
3. What is your quality standard for your DVD Case and CD jewel case ?
Our quality standard is ISO9001:2000. Our company passed ISO9001 in 2001.
4. Is there any charges for samples and how can I get samples?
Our samples are free of charge, you do not need to pay for samples cost, instead new customer need to pay freight for the samples.
There are 3 ways you can get them: (1).you can give us a Fedex or DHL or UPS Account Number through which the freight will be collected in your place. (2). you can ask your courier to collect samples from sales office (3). you can pay the freight to our bank account and we will send the samples to you after we receive your freight.
5. What inform I need to provide you if I want to buy your DVD Case or CD jewel case ?
If you need our products, in order to save time,please provide us your name, Company Name, Address, Telephone and Fax number, the name of your Port of Discharge (unloading port), the products name and quantity you would order.
6. What is your minimum order quantity for your DVD case or/and CD jewel case ?
The Minimum Order Quantity for DVD Cases is 1 40ft full Container, you can mix up all types of DVD Cases into 1 40ft Container. The mini order quantity for CD jewel case is 1 20ft full container.
7. How is your payment terms if I want to buy ?
Payment: We only accept payment by T/T, 30% deposit before production, 70% before delivery.
8. How do you ship out the goods ?
As to shiipping: You can appoint your Shipping Agent/Forwarder,then we do the booking of container for you.
