CD Cases also called CD jewel case, because the case made of polystyrene is clear, it look like jewel. People also call it CD box, CD jewel box, as case and box has the same meaning.

CD Cases types: is not so complicated as DVD Cases, it has only four types, they are 5.2mm Slim CD Cases, 10.4mm Standard CD cases, Mutiple CD Cases and 8cm Mini CD Case.

CD Case Size : CD Case also named according to their thickness, 5.2mm CD Case means the thickness of the CD Case is 5.2mm, 10.4mm CD Case means the thickness of the CD case is 10.4mm.

5.2mm CD Case: 5.2mm CD Case also called slim CD Case or slimline Jewel case, or slimline CD cases, because 5.2mm CD cases has the thickness half of the 10.4mm Standard CD case. 5.2mm slim CD case is made up two parts, the top cover and the bottom, generally top cover is clear wihtou color ( waterclear), and bottom have many different color choice, there's black color, frosty clear, blue, green, pink, orange and purple colors.

10.4mm CD Case: 10.4mm CD Case is called standard CD Case is because at the beginning the CD Case is made of the size in 10.4mm thick. Standard CD Case is made up three parts: top cover, tray and bottom cover. Generally top cover and bottom cover is clear, only the tray is made in different colors. The tray have black, green, blue, orange, yellow ,pink, purple colors.

8cm CD Case: 8cm CD Case is a mini CD case, it is a Case made for 8cm (diameter) CD. 8cm CD Case is made up two parts: top cover which is clear, and a bottom which hold the CDs and which is made in different colors.

Multiple CD Case: Mulitple CD case is a CD Case which could hold more than 2 CDs. Multiple CD Case have two size, 10.4mm multiple CD Case and 23mm mulitple CD Case.10.4mm multiple CD case could hold 3 or 4 CDs, and 23mm multiple CD case can hold 4 or 6 CDs.

CD Case Grade: CD Case also have hand pack quality CD case and machine grade CD Case. Hand pack CD Case is a CD case which the CD is packed into the Case by hands, and machine grade CD Case is a CD case which the CD is packed into the case by machine.
