DVD Cases Knowledge

In the homepage, we have given a brief introduction of DVD Cases, here we are going to describe DVD cases in more details, after you read this article, you should have a full knowledge of DVD cases.

DVD Cases here we talk about is made of plastic, they are plastic DVD Cases, though there's aluminium DVD cases, which the DVD Case is made of aluminium, because we are plastic DVD case manufacturer, here we only introduce the ones we are making.

From the left navigation bar you can see the DVD Case is name by a number, before the words DVD case there's 14mm, 9mm,7mm, these digital has described the thickness of the DVD case, so now you know the DVD Cases are named by there thickness, 14mm DVD Case means the thickness of the DVD case is 14mm, and 7mm DVD Case means the thickness of the DVD Cases is 7mm.

DVD Cases we are supplying can hold from one to twelve DVDs, they are devided into 3 groups, the first one is standard DVD cases, the second one is multiple DVD Cases, and the third one is Small DVD Case which we call it VCD case. Standard DVD case could hold 2 DVDs, and multiple DVD cases could hold more than 2 DVD s. Now You can differentiate 14mm standard DVD case from 14mm mulitple DVD case, 14mm standard DVD case could hold 1 or 2 DVDs, and 14mm multiple DVD case could hold 3-4 DVDs. VCD Case is a small DVD Case, more details will given below.

Standard DVD Cases: Standard DVD cases have 14mm DVD Case, 9mm DVD case, 7mm DVD case and 5.2mm DVD Case. 9mm DVD case and 7mm DVD case could also called slimline DVD Case or slim DVD case. And 5.2mm DVD case could be called superslim DVD case.

Multiple DVD Cases: multiple DVD case also called multi DVD case, there's 39mm DVD Cases, 33mm multiple DVD case ,27mm multiple DVD case,22mm multiple DVD Cases, 14mm mulitple DVD Cases. 39mm DVD case hold 11 or 12 DVDs, 33mm DVD Case hold 9 or 10 DVDs, 27mm DVD Case hold 7 or 8 DVDs, 22mm DVD Case hold 5 to 8 DVDs, and 14mm hold 3-4 DVDs.

VCD Cases: VCD case is a small DVD cases, its length is half of DVD Case, you can name it half-size DVD case, as it looks like CD Cases and material is PP, you can call it PP CD case.

Hand Pack DVD Cases and Machine Grade DVD Case: Hand pack DVD case is a DVD Case which the DVD is packed into the case by hand. Machine Grade DVD Case is a DVD case which the DVD packed into the case by machine. Hand Pack DVD Case could make of vergin material or recycled material, but machine grade DVD case must be made of vergin material.Hand pack DVD Case is made by COLD RUNNER moulds, and machine grade DVD cases is made of HOT RUNNER moulds which is more expensive then cold runner moulds, it is more difficult to make, it is more accurate than cold runner moulds, that is why machine grade DVD case is more expensive than hand pack DVD case.

DVD Cases Colors: DVD Case have black DVD cases, solid color DVD case, glossy finish translucent DVD cases, matte finish translucent DVD case, and Superclear DVD Case ( transparent DVD case).

DVD Cases Hub: Many DVD Case have different brand name, it is because the designer have applied for patent for the DVD case hub the designed. DVD case hub have many different size and look.

DVD Case Size : The length and the width of the DVD Cases are almost the same, all the heights are different, that is why DVD case is named according to their heights. The following are all the size of DVD Cases:
