How to distinguish good quality DVD Cases from bad quality DVD cases?
There are 6 points we need to taken into consideration to distinguish good quality DVD cases:
1.The material. About black DVD case, there is two kinds material to make black DVD case, one use recycled material, the other use new material combined with black pigment. If the DVD case is made of recycled material, there would be some smell, the quality is bad if the smell is strong because the material has been recycled many times. And if the DVD cases is made of new material combined with black pigment, there is no bad smell.
2. The Film outside of the DVD case. The film should be sealed tightly and smoothly onto the DVD case, you can pull them with enough strength, if it won't get out of the DVD case, the seal is good. The film thickness of DVD case cannot be too thin.
3. The hinge between the covers, you can bend the two cover by continuously open and close the DVD case. If the DVD case is made of good quality material, the hinge will not be broken easily, if the DVD case is made of bad quality material, the hinge will be broken after you bend covers over 100 times.
4.The Locking mechanism(the core in the middle of the DVD case which hold the disc). To test the DVD locking mechanism , you can put the DVD into it, shake it strongly, if the DVD could not be shaken out of the locking mechannism, it is good quality DVD locking mechanism.
5. The booklet holder, there is two booklet holders on one side of the DVD case, you can push it to the border for several times, if the holder is not broken after you bush it about 100 times or more, the quality of DVD case booklet holder is good. If the DVD case is made of bad material, it will be broken after you push it several times.
6. The weight of DVD Case . The weight will affect the thickness of DVD case. If the thickness is too thin, DVD case will be broken easily and the shape will be protruded or concaved. Usually, for made of PP material, the weight of 14mm DVD case is about 68~70g/pc; the weight of 9mm DVD case is about 63~65g/pc; the weight of 7mm DVD case is about 58~60g/pc.

1. The material. The cover of good quality CD jewel case is very clear, it should be made of 100% new material. If you find little black spot in the cover, or the cover is not so clear, it is not made of 100% new material.
2. The surface of CD case cover. The surface of CD case cover should be smooth and without corrugation. To reach this standard need high technology. We can provide this high quality CD case because 19 years production experience in this industrial.
3. The edge of good quality CD jewel case is smooth and without big flash.
4. The tray which assembled between the covers should be made of good quality material, otherwise it will be broken easily or bending.
5.The Locking mechanism. We have to test the CD locking mechanism (the core in the middle of the CD case which hold the disc), you put the CD into it, shake it strongly, if the CD could not be shaken out of the locking mechannism, it is good CD locking mechanism.
6. The weight of CD Case. The weight will affect the strong of CD case. PS material is easier broken compare with PP material. If the weight is too light, CD case will be not strong. Usually, the weight of standard 10mm CD case is about 60g/pc, also we can produce 65g/pc,70g/pc, 75g/pc and 80g/pc for standard CD case; the weight of 5.2mm CD case is about 38g~40g/pc.
